Can a mother's parental rights be terminated at trial if she previously appeared before the court but was never formally served with the citation? She is now MIA and has no attorney ad Litem because she never requested one. | ||

If the mother appeared at a hearing of any substance (more than just a status conference), then you should be good to proceed. | |||
