1. access gate has a chain and is padlocked,
2. removal will require cutting down several medium size trees and demolition of two wooden porches/decks,
3. contents of manufactured house not covered by the judgment or writ unless sale of the house is insufficient to cover judgment,
4. neither writ nor judgment covers issues listed above.

Other than having judgment creditor obtain modified judgment or writ to cover the issues listed above, which he does not want to do, what other options are available? What is a good source for answering these and similar questions? Thank you, Chester
