Our Sheriff wants to begin the process of constructing a new jail. If anyone has any suggestions as to the best process for this or any agenda wording items to get the ball rolling, I would appreciate your sharing them.

We have a needs assessment and are probably to the point of needing an architect to start to give us some rough ideas of cost.
