We have a commissioner who owns an old pickup, valued under $25000, that the wants to sale to the County to use as a work truck. The County will probably be okay with buying it. However I would assume that there is a conflict with a commissioner selling an item he owns to the County. Could he sale the pickup to a third party and the third party sale the pickup to the County? | ||
