I am trying to craft an interlocal agreement between some governmental entities within my judicial district so that a special crimes unit can investigate and file cases in a neighboring county. The crime is interrelated in these counties and one county is woefully under financed. I don't want to reinvent the wheel. If anyone has done this type of agreement in their district, I would appreciate the help!
