I'm looking for a sample pleading/petition to file suit against the AG (as a 3rd party) to withhold records which were order to be disclosed by a law enforcement agency in a recent AG opinion. We're inside the time requirements right now and have already had the LEA send a letter to the requestor notifying them that suit would be filed. (the 10 day option thing)

Also wondering whether the law enforcement agency has to file it's own lawsuit in addition to ours?
