Looking at the TAC calendar, we noticed an August 31 deadline to file with comproller of public accounts or county treasurer, a sworn account of all monies received during the proceding year with a reference to Texas Government Code Section 41.005(d). Can anyone forward a form that is being used to comply with this requirement of the Code? Does anyone know exactly what this is in relation to?

I seem to recall this coming up last year. And we are looking into it again. So here we go again on this one.
