My court is looking for a release of liability contract that must be signed in the instances of "private parties" at our county owned swimming pool. Does anyone have such a creature that I may review?

We do not have a pool, but private parties lease our event barn. When they do so we require a release and the purchase of an insurance policy. You can obtain a copy of our release/contract from Jodi at (830)792-2211.
