Has anyone ever availed your county to the economic development provisions of Section 381.004? I am specifically talking about either tax rebate programs and/or tax abatement programs.

I am hoping for some brilliant legal minds to pick on these subjects.

Lubbock County has utilized Loc. Gov't C. Section 381.004 several times. Call me and I will tell you what I know and email some of our Resolutions to you. (Or drive over from Plainview and I'll buy you a donut and give you what I've got.)
