We are headed to a jury trial in a CPS termination case. The respondent father showed deception on his polygraph during his sex offender evaluation. Obviously, I would like to work this into our case somewhere, but I know that getting polygraph results into evidence is basically impossible. Any suggestions? We will have the doctor who performed the sex offender assessment of which the polygraph was part. | ||
