An oil company damaged a county road by extensive travel of heavy trucks, to the tune of 38 base failures as of January this year. Now, they have agreed to pay $175,000 to the county in three yearly installments as reimbursement for repairs. Does anyone have a fairly simple agreement template I could use to memorialize this agreement? Don't want to inadvertently leave out any necessary provisions.
