Anybody out there have any experience with 251.005 of the Trans. Code requiring commissioners to present a report annually on the condition of roads in their precinct, etc., to the grand jury?

Does anyone use a form for the commissioners to use that they could share? email or fax to 940-766-8177.

Guess the drought left bigger cracks out here than I realized - don't think that these reports have ever been done. Of course, the practical effect of not doing it is not particularly onerous.

It's interesting, though - my commissioners act as though they have never heard of this - is it not covered in their training?
