Has anyone ever done an adult protective services removal? We did a removal on 4/28/2015. Tomorrow we are set for a hearing. Chapter 48 of the Human Resources Code explains the process for the emergency removal, but doesn't really discuss what happens after the removal--what am I trying to obtain at the hearing? Does anyone have a motion/order? I normally do misdemeanor criminal, PLEASE HELP.
