Has anyone been involved with a jury of view proceeding under Chapter 258 of the Transportation Code (county road map)? If so, how was the proceeding conducted, evidence offered, etc? Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry, Shane. I have not, and when I was doing the talks for TDCAA on roads, I couldn't find anyone who had! It seems that the last ones were used many years ago..........
