Do any of you have any experience (good or bad) with establishing a computerized electronic information system, pursuant to Section 191.008 of the Local Government Code? We are preparing to put our civil and criminal court records online and I am looking for any advice you might be able to offer.

You might want to discuss this with Dana DeBouvoir, District Clerk of Travis County. They were putting their records online and then pulled them offline while the determined how to handle certain restricted information such as social security numbers.
