What do you do when you get these? We have typically told the prosecutor in the other state that the statute says we can't represent any party to the proceeding, but that they must get the out of state order domesticated or registered. Full faith and credit is something a court grants, not something a peace officer in Texas grants to an out of state order. Anyone actually take it upon themselves to file for the other state? If so, can you share the argument backing up your doing so, and your forms? Thank you, A.D. | ||
