Is there someone that can explain the open range law in Val Verde County. Specifically what are the requerements to have the owner of livestock remove them from my property. Is there a
reasonable time frame set in place for the owner to respond to remove the livestock? Also, I have heard that if livestock drop lambs they belong to the owner of the property that they are born on. Is this true? Any information would be appreciated
