City employee was sentenced to 10 years probation for DWI 3rd with SAFPE as a condition back in February. He continues to get a City paycheck while in SAFP and the City Manager is telling councilmembers that employee is in rehab and has 300 days sick leave and/or vacation. So far the employee has been in Jail since January 29, 2015. Just looking for thoughts on whether this could even arguably be legit and towards criminal violations. | ||
