Our county is considering adding some prerequisites for people seeking indigent health care services (in addition to the TDH eligibility rules mentioned by H&S ch 61).

I'm not sure if this is allowed. I found an AG opinion stating a county could not make recipients acquire health insurance from their employer as a condition for receviing services.

Has your county added any requirements for those seeking services?
