Have a situation where a pipeline company did about $80,000 in damage combined on several of our county roads. They are only willing to pay 40-50k of the damage. The precinct commissioner is wanting to go after the bonds. Has anyone done this? Pitfalls or landmines I need to look out for? Pleadings or documents you used in the process? Any help and/or advice would be greatly appreciated.
