My Court leases several pieces of school land out in Tom Green County and they have sold some in the past and set up our permanent school fund and available school funds. Now they want to use part of the permanent funds to build a high fence of some farming leases. I can not find anything that gives them the authority to use these funds for this purpose. (Improvements to land) The School District and its attorney have agreed to the expenditure. Am I missing something? It would not be the first time.
