Does anyone use a program to manage your hot check collections operation that you'd recommend?

We use Bounce Back and have for years.....but I have not used anything else, therefore I have nothing for comparision.....It seems to do everthing we have asked of it.

We use net data's hot check program in my office. My staff seems to be happy with it, but I saw a voodoo doll with pens in it recently so I could be wrong.
