Ren� Pe�a is the new DA for the 81st Judicial District, and his victory means that the DA's office is moving to Wilson County. The County purchased an old building at the county seat and is in the process of convertting it to office space. The city has a new code complaince officer and I have been told that he has come round to the job site reading the riot act about how the County has to do everything to his liking.

Off hand I don't think that the city can regulate a County owned building used by the County for a County purpose. Can they?
