Does anyone have a model contract for housing prisoners in another jurisdiction? We are out of space and it appears we will have to start housing inmates outside the county soon.
Looking for suggestions from someone who has been down this road before!

We have had a couple of these contracts, but have not had much say in them. The general attitude has been that, if you don't like the contract, find another jail.

Mike, I can fax you one on Monday am. We just signed an agreement to house another county's prisoners.
