This is a bit off the wall, but I'm wondering if any of y'all have worked on contracts with third parties to provide cloud-based email services for your county. I'm especially interested in any workarounds for legal issues like the Texas Medical Privacy Act, HIPAA, or attorney-client privilege which might have popped up during the process. Thanks in advance!
