Since the post office will no longer give out a street address for persons with PO Boxes, bill collectors are hounding my tax assessor / collector, aka voter registrar.

I know that she must not give out "personal" information, i.e. DOB, SSN, DL, etc.

May she / must she give out physical addresses?
