Ok we are a county UNDER 2.8M and our commissioner's court has NOT approved the dangerous dog requirements set out in H&S Code § 822.0422. We now have a Dangerous Dog moving into our county from an adjoining county that HAS enacted the Dangerous Dog provisions. In your reading of those provisions of the H&S Code, do we have to do anything? Thanks!
