Do you have Emergency Services Districts in your county that have created criminal violations when they adopted a Fire Code? Does your office prosecute them? If not, do you know who does?

I have at least one that included criminal violations in their ESD Fire Code. They are asking us to prosecute or appoint a special prosecutor so they can prosecute. Any comments are welcome.
