My clerk is on the warpath. ES & S charged us for 7 days training - we received 2; 3 days on site support - received 2. They are letting us return the machines that didn't work - finally - but the other is a significant money issue of about $10,000. Elizabeth Wren of the SecState office, was working on some of these issues, but for the last month I can't reach her and she won't return calls. Anybody else having this kind of trouble, or am I the lone ranger? Lisa | ||
