Has anyone been asked by their county clerk to review and approve one of these "Data Use Agreements" between Texas Health and Human Services and the county? If so, is there anything I should be looking for that isn't okay?

In response to concerns we raised, we received an email stating we could interline the insurance and indemnification provisions, initial the deletion and execute the document and that would be acceptable. From the sound of the email, many governmental entities had raised similar concerns.

I was just forwarded an e-mail from my Clerk regarding Bastrop County striking through 6.07 Indemnification but did see anything regarding the insurance. Could you forward me the e-mail stating striking through the insurance clause would be acceptable?
