The Genealogical Society of Utah wants to "copy" some of our county clerk's records. They have some agreement with the state library and archives commission for doing this, but want an agreement with us as well.

They claim half the counties in the state have signed off - - what are you all signing? Are you modifying their form? Are you doing anything with SSNs on it? I know I want it enforced in Texas, not Utah.... right Ray?
