My County Judge is considering implimenting a road superintendent system pursuant to section 252.201 et.seq. of the transportation code (upon vote of the comm. ct., of course).Has anyone used this system? Any thoughts or pitfalls? Additionally, does anyone have an order or resolution they might be willing to share?
The oil traffic is steadliy rising and keeping up with the road maintinance is going to be increasingly difficult......They need a full-time dedicated employee to herd all the cats in the same direction.
