We have a County-owned event center that hosts everything from stock shows to craft fairs to family reunions. We recently revamped our lease documents, and a question has arisen regarding whether to require liability insurance from groups such as family reunions or local civic groups that might not have access to a big blanket policy somewhere.

I was hoping some of you with similar facilities might share how your counties handle this question. The lease does contain an indemnity and hold harmless clause.
