I'm presently drafting a request to the AG for a letter ruling on a law enforcement exception under Tex. Gov’t Code § 552.108 we believe applies to a Public Information Act/Open Records Request. I've drafted an AG request recently but not one regarding a claimed PIA/OR exception. Does anybody have an copy of a request for an AG ruling on a § 552.108 exception that they would be willing to share?
