Pursuant to Art. 38.30 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, we are to pay no less than $15.00 nor more than $100 a day for interpreters. Subsection (c) states that a county commissioners court may set a payment schedule and expend more funds. Does anyone out there have a fee schedule for interpreters that has been adopted by their commissioners court?
