OK so we're deregulated as of yesterday. The competitive bidding statute looks like choosing an electrical provider is exempt from the process. Anyone seen anything different? Our commissioners would just like to stick with the provider we have but want to make sure they don't have to put it out to bid (which would be pointless b/c we're a small potato).
