Are any of your counties using Insured Cash Sweep, or ICS, in conjunction with your depository agreement, in lieu of the bank collateralizing the county's deposits? This program basically spreads the county's money into however many other banks it takes to keep under the FDIC insured amount and then moves it between those banks and the actual depository for the county's use. Just curious if this is actually used anywhere in the state, and what your experience has been with it. | ||
