I'm in a two prosecutor jurisdiction and we are looking at seizing a house and acreage for forfeiture because of a hydroponic farming operation that was going on. Defendant is out on bond he made the same day as the arrest and living at the place, taking care of it, and making the monthly mortgage payment. I'd prefer to just leave him there until we have our hearing. Does anyone have an occupancy agreement that you use in these types of situations that I could get my hands on? I'd prefer to not re-invent the wheel if possible. THANKS. | ||
