We are currently in a custody suit. The NCP, not yet adjudicated, so is not yet the parent. NCP is seeking adjudication but refuses to turn over any discovery of substance to avoid retroactive child support. The NCP had been active duty military, may have been in the reserves and is presently in the Texas guard. The SF 180 is asking for dates of service for the different branches which are unknown, and as of this time there is no next of kin to make the request. Name and SSN are known. Is there a JAG office for the Texas national guard? | ||
