My Commissioners Court wants to pay longevity on December 15 of each year - not a bonus, you understand, only a longevity payment to those who qualify under the employment guidelines.

Seems I recall something about pay having to be in equal increments. Is there an exception for longevity, or are they better off dividing the total and paying a pittance monthly?
