Quick question:

Our office has a police vehicle that we used at a time when we had a drug interdiction officer. We no longer need it and would like to sell it to a law enforcment agency in our district. Can we do this, or do we need to go through the usual process of auction? The car was originally purchased with Chapter 59 funds.
