I am looking for examples of actual personal recognizance bond forms, in addition to a conditions sheet that can be attached to the PR bond. Our current PR bond is not sufficient for what we need.

Additionally I'm trying to find out if other counties attach conditions to PR bonds when a defendant is released due to time constraints per CCP 17.151 and what conditions may be attached since the defendant isn't actually indicted yet. Any help would be appreciated.
