Does anyone know of an actual case where a complaint (civil or criminal) has been made against a governmental entity for the release of a police video that contained an image or other information for a private citizen? I'm researching the topic for a presentation at the annual. Everyone seems to understand the possible implications for possible violations of possible privacy interests. And there are a lot of warnings to be found to that effect. But I cannot find a single, actual case involving a real person who claims a violation of their privacy as related to the release of a police video to the public. If you know of one I'd appreciate being pointed to it. Thanks! | ||
