Pursuant to Chapter 240 of the Local Government Code, in September 2001, my Commissioner's Court prohibited the keeping of wild animals in Hunt County.

My Sheriff's Office has informed me that at least two individuals in the county are keeping several wild animals.

Under Local Government Code 240.004 the county attorney may file an injunction to enjoin a violation of an order adopted under Chapter 240.

It would be GREEEEAAAAAAT if someone had forms that they could share regarding injunctions under this Chapter.
