County is contemplating making new policy that requires employees to use comp time hours prior to vacation time hours. Anybody had this issue brought to you? Is this permissible under the law? Any help would be greatly appreciated. | ||

Yes...this is permissable even if there is a policy which would result in the loss of vacation due to county policy which limits vacation time carry over year to year. This is a DOL letter opinion on this subject. | |||
