Is there any hook we can use to get our unpaid fine warrants into TCIC? Although we can get capais pro fine and contempt warrants into OMNI, DPS won't enter them into TCIC. As you know, we're here in the middle of the Plains, and it would help our Collections a lot if we could get some "hook" (Class B or higher) to get us into TCIC. Our Collections budget doesn't allow us to go down to Dallas, to look for a nonpayer who lives in a $175,00 house. The odds or his being picked up (and paying)would be a lot better if he was in TCIC. We'd go and get him if he was in custody.
