Was informed by the Defense that William Flynn is coming to testify at (guilt/innocence?) trial on an indecency with a child case.

Do any of you know this fellow or have had trials with him as an expert? To what does he testify and any helpful information would be appreciated.

I sat second chair in a trial where the good doctor came to testify. He was so "impressive" that I wrote up a memo about his testimony. Send me you e-mail and I'll forward it to you. I wouldn't worry too much. He's squirrely.

I met Dr. Flynn on a case. Jane's memo sums him up well for what was to be offered in our case. He didn't say anything during the guilt phase.
