Does anyone have a recommendation regarding a handwriting expert? I have a case with an allegation of a forged signature on key documents.

My recollection is that handwriting experts now have to be certified by DPS in order to use that evidence in court.

I think that the DPS lab in Austin is the only lab in Texas that is currently certified for questioned documents/handwriting.

There may also be labs outside of Texas that carry that certification.
