Dr. Thomas Young, a former ME from the Kansas City area who testifies in a lot of child death cases, testified in a capital murder of a child case this week in Wichita Falls.

He only reviewed one of the Defendant's 4 statements. Claimed he has no standard process when he consults for what he asks for. Claimed he had no record of whether he reviewed various key docs. Testified he was unconcerned that he only reviewed the Defendant's statement when he claimed the child died naturally from seizures and had not reviewed a later statement where the Defendant admitted to physically abusing the child and connected his abuse to the child death.
