I have a question and maybe it is an ethics issue....A defense atty has represented to court and myself that a certain expert will be used, and has gotten several continuances for this expert being unavail., I subpoenaed expert's documents and the expert says he has not been hired on the case. Maybe someone can tell me how to handle this now with the defense attorney and judge (I have the opinions of some in my office but thought I would shop this one out here as well).
